Mike MacDonald

Michael MacDonald was born and raised in the great city of Boston where he grew up listening to and falling in love with the soundtracks of his favorite movies, leading him to pursue and receive a Bachelors of Music in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music in Boston.

A year before attending college, Michael’s best friend had presented him with the decision to give his life to Jesus, in which he did wholeheartedly. While attending Berklee, he was an active leader within the college campus ministry InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF).

When Michael finished school, he was granted a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to intern at a prolific post-production and music studio in Burbank, CA. He was able to record voiceover for AAA video games, films, TV, and assist recording sessions for film scores and artists albums. After 3 months of the internship, Michael was offered a job at the studio and his goal was to serve each person in a way that could lead them to meet Jesus.

Michael is extremely excited to be working at RK Media in hopes that God would continue to use him as a vessel to spread the Gospel through media and partnering with ministries.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys plenty of quality time with his beautiful girlfriend, Heaven. They spend their free time finding awesome escape rooms to conquer, new tacos to devour, spicy hot sauces to try, or unique rubber ducks to add to their collection. He also really likes Batman.
