RK Media Staff Retreat Recap

A couple weeks ago Roger and Lori treated the RK Media team to a day of team-building and fun for our annual staff retreat!

The morning started off with breakfast and a devotional around the fire from Roger at the Kemp’s home. Roger shared an encouragement to our team from the Psalms and then continued on to share some of the tried and true wisdom that he’s gained in the Christian Media industry throughout his career.

After the devotional time we packed up and headed to the beach for some down time, good conversation, and even some sandcastle building! It was such a great day of re-grouping and our team left feeling so filled up and ready to continue to pouring and working hard for our incredible ministry partners!
